Payment methods

During the payment process you will be offered several payment methods to choose from. Regardless of the payment method, you will receive an invoice for each order, on which the selected payment method is indicated. After receiving the payment, your order will be processed.

Mollie

We offer you the following payment methods via the payment service provider mollie for orders from Germany and Austria:

1. PayPal
2. Bank transfer
3. Giropay
4. various credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa etc.)
5. Apple Pay (only with Apple devices in the Safari browser)
6. Klarna Pay later

Information about PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:

1. choose "PayPal" as payment method at checkout.
2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user information and initiate the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna in each case:
Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. For this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple terminal device in compliance with verification steps. Amazon Pay

In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon. To be able to process the payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or register first and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store, where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after placing your order, the transaction will be processed automatically by Amazon. Shipping

We currently only ship to delivery addresses within Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and Austria. For other delivery addresses, kindly contact our support team.
