With the QOOL Seat Cushion your outdoor adventure becomes a little more comfortable: Tailored to fit the QOOL Box, the seat cushion consists of a padded foam core sewn into an outdoor-suitable fabric. Due to its UV-resistance and water-repellent properties, this material is perfectly suited to accompany you on your journey. The QOOL seat cushion is "Made in Germany" and is produced by one of our partners in the region.

How does the cooler work?

Our cooling technology is not comparable with other cooling boxes. Vacuum insulation technology is used in space and health care system for organ transportation.

The QOOL® technology

For the QOOL Box, vacuum insulation panels are used in all components, which insulate 10x better than conventional insulation materials. The cooler can also be called a large thermos in box format. The Temperature Elements serve as cooling elements and are placed in the box. They contain completely non-hazardous ingredients made of phase change material. Different temperature ranges - from frozen to room temperature - are constantly maintained. They are also suitable for use with food.

How do I cool the QOOL® Temperature Elements properly?

Please freeze the Temperature Elements in a freezer/chest freezer at a temperature of at least – 18 °C for at least 72 hours. Please take the Temperature Elements out of the freezer/chest freezer. The interior of the elements should now be solid. The Temperature Elements are ready for use immediately and can be used with the QOOL Box.

Please freeze the Temperature Elements in a freezer/chest freezer at a temperature of at least -18 °C for at least 12 hours. Please take the Temperature Elements out of the freezer/chest freezer. The interior of the elements should now be solid. The Temperature Elements are ready for use immediately and can be used with the QOOL® Box.

Please freeze the Temperature Elements in a freezer/chest freezer at a temperature of -18 °C for at least 8 hours. Please take the Temperature Elements out of the freezer/chest freezer. The interior of the elements should now be solid. The Temperature Elements are ready for use immediately and can be used with the QOOL® Box.
