There are hardly any alternative passive coolers that push the insulation envelope so consistently. I tested the Qool Box M with different thermocouples and ice and was impressed. The box has a great handling due to its low weight. Due to the extreme insulation performance, there are also a lot of application possibilities for several days. That makes more independent.
